CANADIAN PRESSED GLASS
NOVA SCOTIA STARFLOWER COVERED COMPORT 19th CENTURY
This pattern, sought after by all collectors of Canadian pressed glass, was made by the Nova Scotia Glass Co. in Trenton Nova Scotia in the late 1800's. It was made in a wide range of products: sugar bowls, cream and milk jugs, water jugs, cake plates etc. I will be listing a cake plate separately.
Approximate Dimensions: Height 10", Diameter of top: 6 7/8", Diameter of base: 4 1/8".
Condition: No damage or repairs. Some minor straw marks as are evident on most all early pressed glass
